One of the best duos, vibration and restorative yoga asana. This 75 minute class provides you with the opportunity to nourish yourself, allowing space for deep relaxation and release. This studio is a small space. A private group of 4 is possible if you do not mind being close to the person next to you. Please note that my business is located on the second floor of the building. If stairs are a challenge, I am happy to discuss the possibility of meeting in your home.
