Why Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is a personalized approach to yoga that focuses on an individual's specific needs.  Yoga Therapy sessions are tailored to address various health conditions and concerns in a one on one atmosphere.  As a Certified Yoga Therapist, my training will provide support for a wide range of issues including physical pain, respiratory problems, mental health conditions, and more.

One of the key advantages of Yoga Therapy is its accessibility. Regardless of age, size, gender, or flexibility level, anyone can benefit from this approach to yoga. It takes into account the mind and body as a whole, offering a holistic approach for improving health and well-being.  Through the application of Yoga Therapy tools, learn how to navigate the challenges of life, while extending the moments of peace and contentment.

As a long time resident of Napa, I am honored to establish Yoga Therapy Napa Valley in downtown Napa.  My vision is to create a safe and serene environment for practicing yoga. My goal is to inspire a wellness lifestyle by applying the tools of Yoga Therapy.
